On behalf of the MN AAP Health Equity Workgroup, we are excited to offer an individual grant opportunity to support pediatric healthcare providers and healthcare trainees in advancing child health equity and anti-racism efforts in Minnesota. This grant is intended for individual providers, not healthcare systems, groups, or organizations.
Each year, selected individuals will receive up to $5,000 to support their personal initiatives aimed at improving health equity for Minnesota’s youngest residents. Awardees will participate in quarterly check-ins with an MNAAP chapter representative and will have the opportunity to share their work at the chapter meeting or the TCPU annual conference.
Please apply below for consideration by 11:59 pm March 1st, 2025. In future years we will aim to have applications completed by October.
Award decisions will be made no later than April 1st 2025. In future years we will aim to have applications approved by December.
