Thomas Scott, MD selected as the 2013 MNAAP Distinguished Service Award Recipient

Dr. Scott is a Clinical Professor and Interim Residency Director for the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Program in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. He previously served as a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician at Park Nicollet Health Services and at HealthPartners.

Dr. scott completed medical school at the University of Minnesota and his residency at the Roosevelt Hospital with Columbia University, along with a Child Development Fellowship at the John Kennedy Child Development Center at the University of Colorado. He has a long history of program development to support children, teens and their families. Dr. Scott currently serves on the Minnesota Governor’s Task Force on the Prevention of School Bullying.
